Camping
This lovely cypress swamp is much as it was over two centuries ago when Francis Marion and his Brigade of men frequented the area. The water trail has designated and marked an area for primitive camping.
Kayaking/Canoeing
Paddle down Lower Wadboo Creek beneath the towering cypress trees. You will see a number of inlets into the creek from rice farming, which was once common on the creek. The most common wildlife seen on the lower section of the Wadboo Creek are small alligators, osprey, egrets and blue herons.
