The Battle of Hanging Rock with Bert Dunkerly

Join the Lancaster County SC250 Tuesday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m. for a fascinating presentation on The Battle of Hanging Rock, one of the most important—and often overlooked—battles of the Southern Campaign of the American Revolution.

 

Our speaker, Robert M. (Bert) Dunkerly, is an award-winning historian, author, and park ranger with more than 25 years of research on this battle. Bert has written 13 books, worked at 14 historic sites, taught at multiple universities, and visited over 500 battlefields worldwide. He currently serves as a Park Ranger at Richmond National Battlefield Park.
