A home to a Quaker family, it served as a hospital following the Battle of Red Bank.
Now part of the Gloucester County Park system, the house and battlefield offer interpretation on African Americans in the Revolution and the lives of indentured servants on the plantation. Alongside programs about the Battle of Red Bank, the restored house provides seasonal tours and hosts monthly heritage days showcasing various aspects of 18th-century life.
The house is closed from November - March
Hours: Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Admission is free to the public
