The location of George Washington's famous crossing of the Delaware, the site is now a state park that offers historical interpretation and several recreational activities.
In addition to being the location of Washington's famous crossing of the Delaware, the park also includes several trails for hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and horseback riding. Picnicking amenities are also available while the Delaware river is open for fishing, with an appropriate license.
