General Herkimer Marker (Great Ford of the Mohawk) at Utica, New York. This marker is one in a series commemorating Nicholas Herkimer's relief column as it marched toward the besieged Fort Stanwix. 

View the historical marker at its location in a small downtown park, "Bagg's Square Memorial Park," affixed to the outside southwest corner of the stone replica of the Bagg's Tavern. It is on Main Street west of Railroad Street, on the right when traveling west.
